Our Business and Enterprise plans guarantee a response within one hour during business hours. Essential plan responses are typically within four hours. Critical outages are treated as top priority regardless of plan.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Guelph, Ontario and serve clients across southern Ontario, including Kitchener-Waterloo, Hamilton, Mississauga, and the Greater Toronto Area. Remote support is available Canada-wide.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
